These terms of use (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC’s online Yas Experts B2B Training Platform (the “Training Platform”).

By registering to use and/or using the Training Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please cease usage of the Training Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

The following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless otherwise defined:

a. To access and use the Training Platform, you must register your details and accept these Terms.

b. Each registration is for a single person only.

c. Your login in details are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.

d. The Company may reject your registration for any reason whatsoever, and its sole discretion and without any obligation to notify of the reason.

e. You must not allow any other person to access the Training Platform using your login details.

f. By registering to access the Training Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Please also note that the Company may communicate with you regarding your use of the Training Platform or if you contact us. You agree to receive e-mail communications that are necessary for the normal functioning of the Training Platform or for the provision of information that you have requested, and to promptly comply with any and all such e-mail communications.

g. The information contained in the Training Platform is to be used by you for the Purpose only.

h. You agree not to make use of the Training Platform in an unauthorised manner.

i. No representation or warranty is made or given that the information contained on the Training Platform is accurate or complete or that your access to that information will be uninterrupted, timely or secure.

j. We do not guarantee that the Training Platform will be free of bugs/viruses, nor do we guarantee any minimum uptime or service levels.

k. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the security of the system you use to access the Training Platform.

l. To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these Terms is hereby excluded.

m. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss suffered as a result of your reliance on the accuracy of information contained in the Training Platform.

n. All intellectual property rights in the Training Platform and all information, images, logos and/or other materials (in any format) contained within it shall belong exclusively to the Company, its affiliates and/or its third-party licensors.

o. You are not permitted to reproduce, store, distribute, print, display or create derivative works from any part of the Training Platform or from any information contained within it.

p. Nothing in these Terms permit you or any third party to use any of our trademarks.

q. You shall indemnify us, our affiliates and licensors against all actions, claims and demands (including legal costs) made against us (our affiliates and/or licensors) arising out of a failure by you or by any person using your login information (with or without your consent) to comply with these Terms.

r. Your access to the Training Platform may be suspended or terminated by us at any time, at our sole discretion, and without notice or reason.

s. These Terms will survive any suspension or termination of access.

t. The Company’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce it or any other provision at a later time.

u. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
